Regulatory references used for the assumptions

  • Official tax exchange rate: Ministry of Finance tax exchange-rate page. The displayed USD reference rate is IDR 18,141 for 4–10 November 2026 (KMK No. 53/MK/EF.2/2026). Refresh it for the period relevant to the declaration.
  • VAT: Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 131 of 2024 describes the 12% rate and an 11/12 tax base for specified non-luxury goods, resulting in an effective 11% amount in that standard scenario. Exceptions and other regimes may apply.
  • Import PPh 22: Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 51 of 2025 sets the applicable import withholding framework. The correct rate must be confirmed for the goods and transaction.
